Following the untimely death of the coach of the second season of "La Voz México," rumors surfaced that Rivera was tangled with drug dealing. It was said that Rivera was to be working with the Zetas cartel to launder money, which was later debunked. Clarification came that Jenni refused to be part of this scheme and that is the reason they ultimately killed her. SM Entertainment confirm Girls' Generation’s Jessica will be leaving the group

Girls’ Generation, one of K-pop’s biggest girl groups and a leading driver of the genre’s profile overseas, is no longer a nine-member act. The group’s agency, SM Entertainment Co., on Tuesday told local media that Jessica, one of the group’s lead vocalists, had been let go from the group due to disagreements over her business activities in fashion. The agency said that the singer privately announced earlier this year her retirement from the group and later founded her fashion business, Blanc Group, without securing agreement from the agency. The singer, whose last name is Jung, and the remaining members continue to be signed with the agency, it added.

On Tuesday morning on Weibo, the China-based Twitter-like service, Ms. Jung wrote that she had been informed of her exit from the group from the agency and the other eight members. She said she was “devastated” and added that she was pushed out “for no justifiable reason.” SM Entertainment has a history of public disputes with their artists. Kris, a member of boy band EXO, in May filed a lawsuit against the agency to nullify his contract. In 2009 three of the five members of boy band TVXQ quit the group and sued the company for what they said was unfair terms of their contract. The three singers and the agency in 2012 dropped all legal filings following a court injunction.

The SM Entertainment spokeswoman didn’t answer calls on Tuesday. A spokeswoman for Ms. Jung’s company Blanc declined to comment and didn’t make Ms. Jung available for comment. Early Tuesday the remaining eight members—Taeyeon, Tiffany, Sooyoung, Sunny, Yoona, Yuri, Seohyun and Hyoyeon—left for Shenzen, China for a fan event, local media reported. Ms. Jung didn’t appear at the airport terminal.

Formed in 2007, Girls’ Generation has become one of K-pop’s best-recognized acts, starting with their hit single “Gee” in 2009. The group gained popularity in other Asian countries but their attempt to crack the U.S. market in 2011 didn’t yield a similar commercial success.

Hackers have yet to become tired of their invasive efforts to embarrass large swathes of the female Hollywood elite, as shown in yet another – the third – leak of private and intimate images.  This time, unverified photographs taken from devices owned by Twilight actress Anna Kendrick and Olympic gold medallist Misty May-Treanor were unveiled to 4chan and Reddit forum users. All of the 87 Kendrick photos were thought to show her clothed, however, and included pictures of the actress having fun with friends on nights out in images not too dissimilar of most people in their twenties. The image dump happened on Friday afternoon, the Daily Beast reports, and also included model Cara Delevingne, Going the Distance actress Kelli Garner and Briana Evigan from the Step-Up series, with further images of Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence also uploaded. In what has been dubbed ‘The Fappening 3’, this latest leak comes after the initial release of images stolen from over 100 female celebrities a month ago and a second lot that was spread online last weekend. 

Apparently, every weekend a slew of new Hollywood starlets fall victim to the infamous cyber hack. This time, "Pitch Perfect" beauty Anna Kendrick's in the spotlight. But according to GossipCop, the leaked photos do not include any nude snapshots. But still, the images show 29-year-old Kendrick in several private moments she most likely did not want the public to see.  The pictures were leaked once again on Reddit and 4Chan. All 87 of them. Even more racy photos of "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence were also made available. MstarsNews will NOT re-post any of the images here - but a quick Google search might do the trick. ‘Once Upon A Time’ Premiere: Elsa Comes To Storybrooke To Save Anna

Once Upon a Time has Frozen over, but things weren't all icy when we returned to Storybrooke in the Season 4 premiere, "A Tale of Two Sisters." In fact, one Rumpelstiltskin and Belle scene almost had me tearing up from all the Beauty and the Beast nostalgia. However, any happiness was offset by Regina back in Evil Queen mode (with her newly returned mirror sidekick Sidney Glass), Emma's resistance to Hook's advances, and well ... all of the frozen fractals Elsa dragged all over town. But before we could get into the action, we had to start with a time jump, of course. In the episode's opening scene, we get the backstory of Elsa and Anna’s parents' death that Frozen never gave us. Maybe it was the film's G-rating that prevented animators from showing the former king and queen of Arendelle dying on a boat, Titanic-style, but the episode kicked off with their mom quickly scrawling a note with “the truth” about Elsa to send back home in a bottle.

Spoiler alert: it never made it home, because when we flash forward five years later, Anna and Elsa are just as confused about their parents' death as ever. Regina knew exactly what she needed from Sidney (Giancarlo Esposito) — the exact moment she captured Miriam back in the day. She didn’t wanted Sidney to kill Miriam, just change the future. Regina planned to go back in time and undo Emma’s mistake. Her master plan was to kill Miriam before she could be saved. The only way Sidney could help with all of this was to become the Magic Mirror again. Poof. He’s back! As expected, he did her bidding. But how long is he going to be willing? Meanwhile, Emma, Hook, Charming, Miriam and Robin ran into the woods to seek refuge from the big and mighty Marshamallow. The only thing they thought could save them was Emma’s magic. Unfortunately, that didn’t do the trick. Thankfully, Regina was there to save the day.

After their icy brush with death, Hook attempted to talk to Emma. HE JUST WANTS TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU EMMA. GEEZ. “Right now, I just feel too guilty,” Emma said. After Gold’s romantic dance with Belle, he went back to the object he’d had his eye on the second they arrived in their new home. He used his sword to unveil the Sorcerer’s Hat! Oh lord. Back in the Arendelle days, Elsa headed to see Kristoff (Scott Michael Foster) after she couldn’t find Anna. She found him in the stables with Sven. Despite Kristoff’s attempts at lying, he confessed that Anna had booked passage on a ship to Misthaven. Elsa was baffled that Kristoff let Anna go alone, but Kristoff was needed in Arendelle. Anna didn’t want Elsa to be alone. (Aw, sisters!)

“She sometimes acts before she thinks,” Elsa told Kristoff. Yep, Anna did just that. Kristoff dropped the bomb on Elsa (and everyone else) that Misthaven was also known at the Enchanted Forest! In the present day, Elsa broke into Gold’s shop and found something she recognized! It was the snowflake necklace Anna was wearing went she traveled to Misthaven!

Hong Kong pro-democracy activists launch "Occupy Central" movement

Police used tear gas, batons and pepper spray against pro-democracy demonstrators in central Hong Kong Sunday, as tens of thousands joined a civil disobedience movement that seeks unfettered elections for the city’s top job.The demonstrations, which were originally supposed to be confined to the Central district, continued into Monday morning and spread to various neighborhoods, including across the iconic harbor in Kowloon. Tear gas even billowed into the city’s famously efficient subway system.Protesters chanted democracy slogans and sang songs by legendary 1980s Hong Kong rock band Beyond. Many were apparently drawn onto the street after becoming incensed that the police had fired tear gas at the crowds. Some 78 people were arrested, say police. “This protest is definitely outside of anyone’s expectations,” says Maya Wang, a researcher for Human Rights Watch based in Hong Kong. “Both the government in Hong Kong and in Beijing are going to have a huge headache on their hands.”

Occupy Central with Peace and Love, as the protest is officially known, aims to foment democratic change by paralyzing the heart of this freewheeling financial hub. It was originally slated to begin Wednesday, but an aligned student demonstration Friday gathered such momentum that its leaders brought the launch forward. Hundreds of students remained at the government complex Sunday while police kept a tight watch. At issue is the restrictive electoral reform plan Beijing prescribes for the former British colony that returned to Chinese rule in 1997.

The National People's Congress Standing Committee, Beijing's core legislative body overseeing Hong Kong's political development, passed a resolution on Aug. 31 that restricts candidacy in Hong Kong's 2017 chief executive election. According to the resolution, a 1,200-strong Nominating Committee controlled by Beijing will pick two to three candidates before putting them forward for a vote by some 5 million eligible voters. The democracy camp described the provisions as "sham universal suffrage" that bars candidates deemed unacceptable by Beijing. The territory's Beijing-endorsed leader Leung Chun-ying, who has called for Hong Kong's support of the NPCSC decision, has shunned the students' demand for a dialogue and has not been seen in public since the student-police clash.

Chris Pratt hosts ‘Saturday Night Live,’ portrays Princess Leia

The skit highlights the upcoming films Marvel intends to release like "Ant-Man," about a guy who talks to ants. "We don't even need comic books anymore," the voiceover added. "We made a superhero team by pointing at a bunch of random words in the dictionary."

The outcome? "Creatures of the Cosmos," starring a pastry chef played by Pratt, a Harlem Globetrotter, an alien real estate signs dude, a dude dressed as Grimace, and an office chair. Brazilian Serie A Review: Cruzeiro held by Fluminense, Sao Paulo wins again
