Did Jenni Rivera Fake Her Own Death? This And Other Myths Debunked From ‘La Diva de la Banda’

Attorneys for singer Jenni Rivera's company and relatives of some of those killed alongside her in a plane crash told a judge on Tuesday that they are trying to settle a lawsuit against the late Mexican-American superstar's company. Attorneys for families of Rivera's lawyer, hairstylist, makeup artist, publicist and one of the pilots killed in the December 2012 crash reported the settlement discussions during a hearing Tuesday. Attorneys Steven Archer and Thomas Dempsey said the talks were with lawyers for Jenni Rivera Enterprises Inc. and a company that performed maintenance on the Learjet 25 that crashed in northern Mexico after plunging more than 28,000 feet.
Superior Court Judge Holly E. Kendig scheduled a Dec. 10 hearing for an update on settlement talks, or to schedule a trial in the case. Following the untimely death of the coach of the second season of "La Voz México," rumors surfaced that Rivera was tangled with drug dealing. It was said that Rivera was to be working with the Zetas cartel to launder money, which was later debunked. Clarification came that Jenni refused to be part of this scheme and that is the reason they ultimately killed her. Myth 3: Jenni Can't Crossover - For those that believe in spirits this might not be a myth but a reality. In a recent interview, daughter Chiquis Rivera told reporters that she still has contact with her mother through music. Gossip show "Suelta La Sopa" contacted Aymme, a recognized medium, who advised them that Jenni Rivera communicates with her daughter through music. "I have received a lot of messages from Jenni," the clairvoyant said. "She tries to communicate with her daughter. Her mother has been repeating the same song. She is not in peace because of her children. She has not been able to disconnected with her emotional ties on Earth."
During the interview cameras captured when a light flickered around them, making them believe it was Jenni's spirit giving them a sign that what the medium was saying was true. This made Chiquis shed some tears in belief that her mother's spirit is still taking care of her. From what Aymme said, Jenni is still alive in spirit form and is roaming her children as she has many things she needs to finish off in this life that she can't physically do anymore. During Jenni Rivera's last concert a myth surged that the singer was warned of her death hours before it happened. The video where someone from the audience says "today she will be killed" went viral, but the family deemed it was a hoax. Pedro Rivera, Jenni’s dad said: "I haven’t seen it, nor I want to, because either way, it’s not going to bring my daughter back, and we don’t want to think that. What I can tell you is that we can’t believe much in those things. It’s so easy to add any sound. We will leave this in the authority’s hands, who are investigating the accident. About a year from now we will have the truth."'La Voz México' Cursed: Many have pointed out that "La Voz México" is a cursed show and this probably had something to do with Jenni Rivera's death. Shortly after participating in the reality show during Season 3, Gibran Martiz was murdered after being kidnapped. Although to be fair, the contestant participated a year after Jenni appeared on the show and no other incidents happened before her time. It seemed to only be a coincidence as no other reports of deaths have been tied to the show. The charlatan and clairvoyant of Mhoni Vidente, said during a radio interview with Flor Rubio, that during this current Season 4 more tragic news would be tied to the show. So if it becomes a reality, maybe there is some truth? We will leave it up to your criteria to judge this case.
